I am not able to visit site like http://www.thaiair.com/ and http://www.ideacellular.com/ from my computer which has biddefender installed.

I have not enabled the parental control and have default settings.

Well, I can have access to Thaiair with default settings, no parental control and the usual settings.

Maybe you could have given some details about your system: XP? BD version, IE or Firefox or else?

(for example: With Firefox 3.6, we can't use the anti-phishing toolbar. the problem is well known now... but it was not obvious a few days ago to check what was responsible)

Did you have access to these sites before?

Can you have access to other sites now?

Did you modify anything else (anti-spywares or else) on your computer before?

Did you check with BD, your antimalware (ex: Malwarebytes antimalware free version has a good reputation) and free online screening you do not have a malware installed?

I guess an expert (I'm not) will solve your problem if you let some other details.
