I have bought Bit Defender Internet Security 2009 last year, and I came across the following isseus:


- the start up of my computer has slowed down significantly


- there is a system shutdown regularly


- vsserv.exe overruns my CPU regularly, leading to a significant computer slow down


- I regularly encounter problems with my email provider (UPC), it receives and sends messages with great delay. Sometimes I only get a part of the message, I get a message three time or I obtain a part of a message or no message at all.


What can be done against these isseus?
