Hello. I have the next Problem (and the same Disappointment).
I purchase (for the first time) and Installed BitDefender in a Sony VAIO running windows 7. When restarting it gave me the message blue screen error and won't turn on. I have to log in safe mode and restore the system (4 times). After restore (BitDefender gets uninstalled in the process) the computer works fine, so it is evident that BitDefender is the problem (I was trying to solve problems with this purchase not to create them). I am without protection because I uninstalled the old (good) software. So, even when I already have asked for refund I would like to continue giving a chance to this software (Because all the high rates it gets in various sites and because the time I spend researching to buy it). Can somebody please help me. I can't go much time without software protection and I will be forced to buy other software (And say goodbye to this software forever without even have it tried). Since I already read some other Technical support in the Forum, I am sending the links of the files uploaded to the site that they indicate.

*P.D: There are just 2 minidump (dmp files) even when I try to install and restore the computer 4 times.
