Exclusion Option Not Working For Bitdefender Total Security 2010

Hello guys,

I am installed Bitdefender Total security 2010,i was added some files on Exclusion option but after added that files while try to open it,Bitdefender have shows that file have virus

what should i do for it

Please note that there are two types of scans: on access and on demand.

When you run any type of scan (System Scan, My Documents Scan, Contextual Scan) you are scanning the files on demand.

On the other hand, when you, an application or the Operating System is accessing a file, this will be scanned in real time - on access.

Therefore, please make sure that you added a rule in the Exclusions tab for both actions.

Please open BitDefender -> Switch to Expert mode -> go to the Antivirus module -> Exclusions tab -> make sure that the file you added is on the List of objects excluded from scanning and that under the On-Access and On-demand columns you are seeing Yes.

If you want to edit this rule please select it and click on the play button.
