My Outlook 2003 Might Send Out Spam Mails
I'm running Windows XP service Pack2 and use BD total security 2010.
I using outlook 2003 and notice that there are times that it try to send out email. I notice that there is no email in the outbox but it always says error sending message. Could that be BOT or Trojan on my computer? I scan my computer regularly and no threat shown.
Another thing is vsserve.exe takes a lot of PC resource at the start up. Also BD status at the bottom right corner always switches from red to dark grey during the starting up and turns back to red again in a few minutes. I notice that it takes longer time to boot and crashes more often at the start up. Don't know if something to do with BD.
Last thing is, it always shows notify pop up window saying this ip address has been connected to your computer but it just stay there.Normally, it should fade away or I could manually close it. Occasionally, it freezes and I couldn't close this window.
Please advise how to solve these problems. (will try to capture screen next time problems occur)
