Some Websites Not Working...

Hi there. My brother likes to go on chat websites...www.teenchat.com specifically. He can get into the website but he cannot actually start the chat module. I was wondering how this can be solved. I've tried searching for an option to disable Bit defender internet security 2010 but cannot seem to find a option to do so. What are my options? Thanks! Hello Mitesh,

Please temporary disable the Bitdefender Update service:

- open BitDefender;

- go to Settings from the top right corner;

- Switch UI to Expert Mode;

- click Apply and then OK;

- go to the Update module from the left part;

- uncheck the Automatic update is enabled option;

- choose Permanently from the drop down menu.

Restart your computer in Safe Mode:

- restart the computer (Windows Start button - Turn Off - Restart);

- press the F8 key several times before Microsoft Windows begins to load; you need to press F8 until you will be displayed a text menu;

- select SAFE MODE in the text menu and press Enter;

- wait while Windows loads in Safe Mode; this process ends with a confirmation message; click OK to acknowledge.

Browse to this location: C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2010

search for httproxy.dll and rename it.

Restart your computer in normal mode and check if this issue still occurs.
