Blank Screen On Reboot After Installing Bd Is 2010 In Windows 7
I have installed Bitdefender IS 2010 on a Dell Inspiron 15 running Windows 7 Home and after restarting the laptop it shows a blank screen with only the mouse pointer visible after several minutes. There is no hard drive activity.
Restarted in safe mode and recovered to the last restore point and the laptop boot_s up ok. Resintalled BD IS 2010 and the the problem recurred.
Installed it on another Dell laptop running Windows 7 and had no problem.
Has any experienced this problem?
