[Duplicate] Application Failed To Start - Very Annoying

Hello!

I recently purchased and downloaded BitDefender total security 2010 and when I try to run it I receive the message that this application has failed to start because its "side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Has not yet started at all

I run Vista 32bit

The notification I get reads:

c:\program files\BitDefender\BitDefender2010\seccenter.exe

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see application event log for more detail."
