Opera Error With Db 2010

i just installed db 2010 and when i wanted to run opera, it kept saying error...why?

it says

crash log writing failed, can't debug process!

Error description from system:The parameter is incorrect.

i am using win 7 ultimate x86

Please right click on the Opera icon you are using to start the software, choose Properties and tell me what are you seeing in the Target field.
