I uploaded a picture of what I'm seeing when I try to restore Windows 7 to a previous restore point. In summary... "System Restore could not access a file. This is probably because an anti-virus program is running on the computer."
BitDefender is not working because it quarantined itself. I tried multiple restore points 3/10 and 3/18. I'd appreciate any help on how to fix this. BitDefender quarantined thousands of files and I cannot get BitDefender to run now so I can restore them.
