Bitdefender Crashes After X Minutes (w7 X64)

I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with BD Total Security x64.

After a while, Bitdefender goes gray and says that the services are not responding anymore. I have this sometimes when updating, and after a while they come back up.

But now it stays down!

I have this issue also on my other computer (same configuration W7Ux64+BDx64)

Anyone else has this problem?

EDIT: Now they're back up, but I get the "Failed to communicate with the BitDefender Security Service!" error when I try to enable the firewall!!!

To resolve this issue, you will need to reinstall the Firewall module following the steps below:

1. Save this file on your computer.
2. Run the file Uninstall FW All.exe and wait a few moments.

   
   Note: after running this tool your computer will be restarted automatically.

3. After your computer restarts, please click here.
4. Save the tool on your computer and then run it.
5. A Command Prompt window will appear asking you to wait a few moments.
6. Please click on any key when you will be asked to and the computer will restart again.
7. Once the computer finishes booting, open BitDefender and verify if the Firewall is working properly.
