[duplicate] Fake Alert Five Update Compensation
I was one of the very unfortunate people that had to reload my OS do to the update. It started with the alerts then my system slowly shut down from all the quarantines I couldn’t access windows temp files, explorer, internet, just about everything. Then Bit defender stopped working and my machine wouldn’t even shut down. Had to do that manually then restarting was next to impossible with so many errors at start up my computer would just hang up. So I decided to just nip it in the bud and reload my OS windows 7 64bit. This was Saturday I still haven’t reloaded all programs this takes hours. I think I deserve my money back I still have 320 days left and really don’t want to use this software. I have not loaded bit defender back on my machine. I didn’t find out that a bit defender update caused all this until Monday and yes I was very frustrating. I want my money back.
