Bdis 2010 Firewall Disable My Internet Connection

days ago i had the fake trojan fake alert 5 and...

i full format,clean install,setup everything from the begining!!

now after the last update firewall disable my internet connection.

enable firewall no internet-disable firewall yes internet!

what happent??

Hello panbit,

Please open BitDefender -> go to Settings from the top right corner -> Switch UI to Expert Mode. Go to the Firewall module -> Network tab -> select the Local/Wireless Area Connection and set the:

- Trust Level to Trusted Local;

- Stealth mode to Remote;

- Generic to Yes.

Please also go to the Rules tab and make sure the applications that are connecting to the internet (including your internet browser)are in the Rules list with the action Allow. If the Action is Deny select the rule, click on the play button from the top right and change it.

Please let us know if the issue persists after following the steps above.

The problem started after the last update i restart the pc and NO internet connection.

My Bitdefender Internet Security 2010 have antispam.

Windows Live Email have antispam.

Leave them both on or disable Windows Live Email have antispam?
