Wrong / Misspelled Username Or User-id


I have a BiDefender 2009 Product. When registering, I mistype my e-mail address. As a result, I did not receive an activation confirmation e-mail.

Is there a way to correct this error?

Please assist.

Ps. I found on the forum page, ways to solve this problem for the 2010 product, but not for 2009.


  • For 2009 you don't need to use a patch.

    Open your BitDefender and press the MyAccount button from where you can make the changes.
