My license has expired for few days for my Bitdefender IS 2008. I bought the new Bitdefender IS 2010 retail package mit 3 licenses at the Amazon Online store.
Now the Problem ....
During the Installation on a Windows Vista 32bit operation system a command window (fltmc.exe) from vista appeared on my display. After that the whole operation system (including the bitdefender installation) hang (system freezes) and i couldn't do nothing at all!! Only to press the Reset button was the alternative to restart the System.... I tried to take the new "bitdefender_isecurity.exe" on the Bitdefender Homepage, because i thought the "bitdefender_isecurity.exe" on the CD is too old, but i got the same problem during the installation... Has anybody the same problem oder an issue for this problem?
