I Have Deleted Bitdefender Antivirus

Hello,

BitDefender AntiVirus uses too much CPU constantly.

Applications vsserv.exe, livesvr.exe, and wucuclt.exe (spelling?), to name a few,

run constantly in the background grinding my computer to a complete halt

for about 5 minutes at a time.

This interruption occurs at least evert 10 minutes and is terribly annoying

and costing me money. As a result I have deleted BitDefender Antivirus.

I would like my money back.

Support response is slow too. No reply to earlier post regarding vsserv.exe trouble.

Hello Striking_Eagle,

Just a side-note: wuauclt.exe (if this is what you're talking about) is not a part of BitDefender products. If it runs from C:\Windows\System32, then it's the process and service that takes care of Windows Update (yes, it's part of Microsoft Windows, by default, and it's by default enabled to run continuously and check periodically for updates). If it runs from somewhere else, or it has a different name, than it's an unknown process (possibly malicious, or belonging to another 3rd party software).
