[Duplicate] Installation Issues And Bd Support Stopped Replying

I am having issues with an error when installing. BD tech was helping me by e-mail but have stopped replying. Would someone please post a phone # for BD so I can call directly or point me in the direction to find it. When I click on the phone icon it wants my account info, I can't create one without having the program installed.
