Bsod Error While Updating.

over the past couple of days lve had two blue screen errors.. the first one l had no idea why it just sorta happened after l got out of the bath... however today l manually updated and was met with a BSOD error and lm sort of wondering if its telling me something, especially considering the fact that when they started just happened to be the exact same date a program update was installed, before that l had not received any blue screen errors.
basic research on the bugcheck code the BSOD told me antivirus software was one of the possible causes of such error, and considering said error happened as l was trying to update BD l can only draw conclusion that it was result of something BD did as my computer generally runs fine.
