in Bitdefender 2010 products

having an issue where bitdefender is turning on windows 7 journal and using up a lot of the shadow disk space. when this happen's can't perform a windows back using the windows back utility. any idea's?

    At the last BitDefender Update, extra security features were added to the BitDefender product and the way it protects its own files. Unfortunately, this update creates a conflict with the System Restore feature. The issue that you have reported has been acknowledged by our team and is currently being worked on for a fix.


    As a workaround you will need to restart the computer in Safe Mode and then you will be able to use the System Restore feature. Please follow the Microsoft article bellow which will detail the entire procedure:
