Hi Signore,
First and foremost please make sure that you uninstall any other security solutions you may have installed on the computer. Then try to disable the Firewall module and let me know if the issue persist:
1. Open the BitDefender window, select Settings, then select the Expert mode
and click on Apply and then on Ok;
2. Select the Firewall module in the left part;
3. Disable the Firewall module;
4. Test to see if the issue still persist.
