Rapidshare Upload Manager Problem

I am an uploader and use rapidshare upload manager (RUM) for uploading .I was unable to use RUM for a few days beacuse of the fact then when I open it and click refresh then RUM then an error comes :

RSAPI error after 4 tries :The operation timed out

I am currently using windows xp.Earlier I was using win7 and formatted the pc because of RUM .Now still the RUM is not working .When I did not install bitdefender in xp RUM worked but after installation of antivirus ,it is not working

Please help !!!

The topic you mentioned is an older one and it applies for the 2009 version, not for the 2010.

Please mention the BitDefender product you are using along with any detail you may find i t useful so I can provide you with the correct resolution.
