I have attached a screen shot to show what is going on with my scanning now. I have it scheduled to run around 3:27 PM and it is scanning in the wee hours. It was working fine after I was told to download some patch, and now this.
In order to further investigate please complete the following steps and send me the logs generated at the end of these steps as listed below:
1. Download (SAVE) http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...ile/sysdump.exe
2. Locate and open 'sysdump.exe'
3. A command prompt window will appear on your screen. Please note that the information gathering process can take a several minutes therefore please wait until the black window closes by itself.
4. The result will be the file called 'SYSDUMP.TAR'
5. Upload the file HERE
6. Send me a PM with the download link
