Bitdefender 2010
Having used free bitdefender without problems for a year I upgraded to Total Security 2010. Since loading there has been nothing but problems, four emails to supposedly 24/7 online help not answered laptop and main computer now so slow hardly worth using, and request for a refund ignored. Anyone with any better service than this?

Can you please provide me with the Ticket ID of the case you currently have open with us ? Also please specify how exactly have you made the upgrade to the Total Security 2010. The Support is 24/7 however the average response time is 48 hours.
