Bitdefender Ts 2010
In addition to the scanner shutting down........since they cannot seem to find the problem, I restart the scanner based upon the post from TuPP3.......Control Panel> Admin Tools> Services...."BitDefender Virus Shield"..."Start", and the scanner restarts.
The only problem is that the shutdowns continue and when it does the 2:00 am scan, it does two scans at the same time.........
I have been to Support more times than I can count, and no positive result. I have utilized TS 2008, 2009 and now 2010 and have had no problems until about 60 days ago. If they can't fix it by renewal time, I am afraid that I will have to look elsewhere.
