Is2010 Perfomance On Intel I7 Chip

Dear Technical support,


I just want to know have you measure the perfomance of machine on new line of Intel Chip including Intel core i3, i5 and i7 which installed BitDefender 2010 home product on it? How is it?


With one of my client experience with intel core i7, Windows 7 and install IS2010 on it, the perfomance of the machine is poor (This is brand new HP Laptop with pure Windows 7 installed).

    Hi Thang,


    Considering the PC performance you mentioned I would say that you have certain settings within BitDefender that are not correctly set. Please provide me with more details about what module exactly is causing issues so we can further investigate.


    If possible enclose a screenshot of any error / notification messages you may receive from BitDefender along with the steps you take until the error occur.


    I am not aware of any public tests made with the Inter core you mentioned however you can try and search on Google or other engines for users using the same architecture who posted performance results.
