Would someone please indicate the precise steps necessary to manually update my troubled AntiVirus v10 software?
I have the link and see the "weekly.exe" and "cumulateive.zip" files.
Where are these supposed to be placed?
Am I supposed to double click to execute the "weekly.exe" file and that's it?
Do I unzip the other and place it's contents...somewhere?
Why isn't this detailed on bitdefender's website (that's rhetorical I guess)?
Thanks to the forum members here for your help, the same cannot be said for bitdefender's support team. No indication of a problem, no return emails, etc. How can a company act like this and stay in business?
