BD installed & activated on a machine that died (no longer exists so there are no BD install on another machine)...got a new machine & installed BD (on xp), now BD will not let me register with old key on the new machine, any help?

Can you please reproduce the error message you receive when you try to register with the old key ? Also please send me a PM (Private Message) with the key you are using. I do believe that you are trying to register a different product than the one you purchased.
