Exclusions Not Working

I have added a few files in the exclusions and added the exception to apply when file is on access and on demand but the file still gets deleted on on demand scan and on access

not sure what is wrong here

any help is highly accepted

Hello,

Please provide me with a screenshot of the exclusion tab within BitDefender. Also try to exclude the folder where those files are stored and let me know if the issue persist.
