Side-by-side Error

hai i couldnt open any bitdefender internet security 2010 program and there will pop up a message says "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." (see attachment) And then i surfing in internet found the exact case like me on this thread (http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=16819). I tried to repair it but still i couldnt open the bitdefender internet securirt 2010 program so please help me out with this issue!

fyi: for now i am trying to scan my computer with command prompt bdc.exe from http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=17457 guideline.

Give as many details on your system as possible.

Rule: 1 firewall and only one, 1 antivirus and only one. Deinstall any other antimalware.

What happened before the problem came? You suspect a malware?

Make a fully scan to check the presence of a malware.

You'd better download your BD version on BD web site, cut off internet line, fully deinstall the software that does not work (there are plenty of messages concerning it) install the software downloaded, update and check if it does work.

Please check if you have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable. Take a look in Control Panel -> Programs and Features and see if you can find it there. Post back the result.
