Internet Security Activation Problem.
When I boot up the BD Icon is grayed out. I have to start the service by clicking on the Desktop Icon. I keep getting 1 issue warning and it's telling me the product has not been activated.
The problem is: I cannot fix the problem. I've an account but the username is rejected. I cannot create a new account, that too is rejected.
I am at a total loss. Been trying to resolve this problem for over 6 hours with no results.
There has to be a better way.
Can anyone help?
