Update Service Problem

Hi, Bună ziua

The update service doesn't works, I've try the patch but it doesn't works also, I've the message :

c:\Program Files\Fichiers Communs\Bitdefender\BitDefender Threat Scanner\av32bit_00\plugins.htm

An error occurred while trying to create a file in the destination directory.

Acces Denied.....

I've try to ignore it, I have the same message for differents files, I ignore all the files, a prompt windows open withe some message.... everything seems to be done but my update service still doesn't works.

I don't know if it can be useful, before re-installing my 2010 product, I've try (and uninstall) the 2011 beta

Any idea ?
