Intrusion Detection System (ids) Has No Log

There appears to be no log for the Intrusion Detection System (IDS). This means that if it blocks a program, it can make it difficult to find that program - although it gives a filename when the block occurs it doesn't give it a filepath.


It would be pretty handy to add in an updated version a log for IDS - This would allow everyone to find out exactly when the IDS had blocked a program - helping the user to fix any programs that the IDS system was flagging wrong - this happens a lot.

    First I want to apologize for my delay in responding to your post.


    At the moment we do not have a log for IDS but we will take in consideration your feature request.


    If you are using BitDefender in Expert Mode, when IDS scans an application you will receive a pop-up in order to take an action for it. You can click on the Allow button in order to prevent application blocking.
