Help with v10 Plus

Hi,


I have a problem with account managment, if I open BitDefender Plus v10 and go to Registration section and I am registered on Bitdefender official site but I can't manage my account in bitdefender, I always the message that Wizard Registration has comed to an error,... :blink:

    Try this go to start,run,at the run dialog box type services.msc Now restart every service that has BitDefender in the name by leftclicking on them and press on (re)start service.


    If that fails put in your installation disc and choose for repair.

  • Tnx for reply but it didn't work


    I tried services.msc and restart everything that had BiDefender in it's name but at one service of four failed (BitDefender Communicator), so I tried repairing it, restarting my PC and then again I tried to manage my account but after step 4 I again got a Wizard Registration error,............. :wacko:

    Is it windows that gave you that error message or is it BitDefender? It could be that because you have made first your account directly on the website that BitDefender will not allow to enter it again in the program. If repairing doesn't work then you can obtain a complete uninstallation. Remove it first via software,add and remove then use the uninstall tool : http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...all_Tool-10.exe


    But I personnly will not do that because you can manage your account on the website but it's up to you.

    There isn't any difference. I also only use myaccount on their website you will also be dericted to their website. So you don't really need to perform a complete uninstall for that.
