Hi there (sorry, my englich is "school englich" :rolleyes:


First of all:


I just want too thank you very very very much! The recue CD form bitdefender worked under 3 hours! Kaspersky, AVG, F Secure and lot off words from different "longhair´d " forums (A danisch term)didn´t help at all! Kaspersy took over 13 hours!!!


Im not a rokie, but not at programmer - so the help from your company did, that I wouldn´t have to erase all on my laptop.


Again: Thank you very much for your time yuo took yourself to help a Dane from Denmark.


Then: I cant start the browsers! Both Crome and IE wont start up. But there is net connection, because I can update anti virus programs and even mail programs? Can you help me? This si ehat the computer say: Fejl 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Ukendt fejl.
