Bd Cant Detect - Scvhosts.exe

i recently got this from a pub, when i scan it with BD it says file ok but i know its infected because everytime i go to my folders like for example Pictures it create a folder also called Pictures.exe with the exe in it and the size is 242kb any solution? i just manually delete the source autorun.inf and the folder scvhosts.exe heres the file if any of you mods need it...
