Blizzard Downloader

Hi, I am new to forums first time using any. I am trying to configure my firewall so my (World of Warcraft) Blizzard Downloader can work properly. When Downloader first starts up it works fine for the first 5 minutes. Then it Slows down lots. Get a message saying Your computer appears to be behind a firewall. Did you try Bitdefender 's game mode?

Check messages dealing with it.

Besides, it's a good idea to give information on the system. XP? Vista? Seven?
