im running a free antivirus and windows firewall since the last major update that made my pc useless and i still have the software that i paid to use for a year uninstalled


i dont ask for a refund.all i ask is a new bug free version.can someone from bitdefender answer me if and when?thank you.

  • Since you have a valid license, I recommend that you install the the free upgrade to the current 2011 version of BDIS (read HERE) if your PC meets the minimum system requirements. Then, if you experience problems, open a topic in the 2011 forum and let tech support help you troubleshoot the problem.
