Bitdefender 2010 Firewall Will Not Enable

in Bitdefender 2010 products

Defender Pro Tech support sent me here....hoping someone has recently purchased and/or downloaded Defender Pro/Bit Defender. I cannot get firewall to enable. There is no other security software on my PC, Windows firewall is off? Anyone have any advice?

    You write "windows firewall is off?".


    You mean you are not sure?


    To check: start parameters config panel, windows firewall. It should be deactivated.


    Then you will be able to activate BD's firewall.
