Hello,
Please provide me with the following information:
- a screenshot of the Firewall tab within BitDefender WHEN you are connected to the VPN;
- the support tool log as explained below;
- try to set the network adapter for the VPN with the following settings: Network type: Home/Office ; VPN: Yes ; Stealth: Off ; Generic: Yes
- test to see if the issue is resolved
Follow the steps explained in THIS article then send me a PM with the generated log file along with a detailed description of the issue you encounter and the link to this topic.

Any news on resolution for this issue? I am having the same problem and currently there is no workaround. So for now I am using VPN with built in Windows firewall enabled and BDFW disabled...
