What has happened to Live Assist on the Home page under support.


First it did not work now the link has been removed.

    Live Assistance is still available under Support home page from http://www.bitdefender.com the direct url is: http://www.bitdefender.com/site/KnowledgeBase/liveAssistance and the support people are online:


    Customer Service (Online!)


    Purchasing and Renewals / MyAccount / Subscriptions / Product Manuals


    Technical Support (Online!)


    Product installation / How to use it / Troubleshooting / Viruses and Spyware


    Maybe the Live Assistance was down for a while because of maintenance. ;)

    After two days trying to get help, I wrote to Live Assistance several hours ago --and was told to try again in an hour!


    I seem to be getting nowhere. Perhaps I should ask assistance here?

    Yeah feel free to ask but don't expect to get a solution :)


    About the live assistence i have acces to it but if you ask them how to fix a problem like my bdmcon error "a resource was unavailable" they won't help cause they don't know ****[/color] how.They will get rid of you by giving you 3 diagnosis toolls that are useless.You will be force to use them and after you send the data to bitdefender support team they will just say nothing or at best they will say they will need further investigation leaving you to deal with your ***** antivirus all by your self.It just ****(live asistence) <_<

    You are absolutely 100% dead WRONG about Live Assistance. They just don't know yet what the problem is. If they did, they would fix it BEFORE anyone reporting it.


    As for the 3 "useless" tools, they are not useless at all. They are used to gather information about BitDefender and the programs you have on your PC to spot any incompatibilities.


    If you don't like BD, STOP USING IT. Nobody forces you to.
