Free Upgrade To 2011 Version From 2009 Version

I got a new and seal Bitdefender Total Security 2009, can i just install the Bitdefender Total Security 2011 then key in the serial key from the 2009 version to activate it??? Or i m still have to install the 2009 version first then free upgrade to 2011???

    Yes, we usually recommend installing the latest version. If you had BitDefender installed previously, make sure to run the uninstall tool from here
