Autocad 2009 Mouse Hangs

Hi all,

We have Bitdefender Internet Security 2011 installed on a Windows XP Pro machine.

In this machine we've also the Autocad 2009 installed.

The problem is that with Bitdefender installed the mouse hangs and move slownly in Autocad.

We've tested uninstal Bitdefender and the problem go away.

Any help would be very useful.

Hello,

Have you used a previous version of BitDefender before installing the 2011 one ? Try to disable the AVC option and test to see if the issue still occurs.

To disable AVC follow the steps below:

1. Open BitDefender and switch it to Expert View from the Options button;

2. Go to Antivirus tab;

3. Click on Advanced Setttings button;

4. Disable AVC;

5. Click on OK and test to see if the issue is resolved.
