Still no answer? No email responses from here or the CS? No CD (paid for... again) yet so I can try a re-install?

Eff this. Had it. Had it with second rate service and a third rate product. Damned shame. This USED to be the best AV program on the market. Cutting edge, effective, efficient, and smooth. Now? Now I wouldn't wipe my rear end with it.

Time to find a different program/different company.

  • Don't bother replying. I uninstalled BD and bought a new program. Effing madness. I'll be sending the CD back too. I know I won't get my money back. Not worried about that any more. I don't want this trash in my house.

I've used BD for over 10 years now. That is right... since the AVX days. These last three releases you people have put out are crap. The last two were workable and buggy but workable. One always hopes that the company you relied on will fix the issues instead of ignoring you.

Keep your program and don't bother replying to this question. No one goes to the store and buys a product, takes it home, and then has to "fix" the product or service to make it workable. No one.

Since I buy the 12 (four purchases with three licenses per purchase) licenses for my family and their computers it won't happen again. I was glad I remembered how much trouble i had with 2009 install and updates and crashes and did not buy all 12 at once like I normally did. I know it is not a lot of money to a bigger company but I'll make sure my friends whom I convinced to buy into this program not to use it anymore BEFORE their licenses run out.
