Hi everyone,

I'd like to know how to command Bitdefender to scan a ZIP file during unzipping, using ZipGenius.

The un-zipper gives following command options: "%s", /s "%s", /s "%s" and /SCAN "%s"

The path used for BD is: ...\Softwin\BitDefender10\bdlite.exe

I've tryed the given command options but I can only star BD to scan ALL files and not just the one picked to be unzipped.

Any hint?

Hi Zecabatuta,

You have two options:

1) either, before you open the archive, right click on it and select BitDefender Antivirus (which will scan the content of that archive)

2) either just unzip it, because BitDefender scans the files in Real-Time. If, by any chance, an archive contains an infected file, when you unzip it BD scans it and catches it.
