The Problem Of Bitdefender 2008

i have a problem that when i use my ie7,and it can easily occur this windows

runtime error!

program :c\program files \bitdefender\bitdefender 2008\vsserv.exe

this application has require the runtime to terminate it in a unusual way.please contact the application's sopport team for my information"

then my xp system look like crash and i must restart my computer.But when i uninstall my bitdefender 2008 ,it never happen again.Imust point out that it never happen when i use bitdefender v10.
