Upgrade To 2011

Hi, I would like to upgrade from 2009 to 2011 version and follow the link given above for free upgrade.However it brings me at the end to the payable purchase of the new version. Where do i find the free upgrade? Thanks

In order to upgrade, please follow the steps below:

1. Use our uninstall tool in order to uninstall/delete any previous BitDefender related files:

http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall

Access the link and when the window with the BitDefender file appears, please choose the "Save.." option. Save the tool on the PC, run it and restart the computer when prompted.

2. The BitDefender Internet Security 2011 installation kit can be downloaded from:

http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/in...r_isecurity.exe

Hi,

I have uninstalled v2009 and installed v2011 but I get the message that the installation failed "error -1002". What can I do? in particular that I do not dare to connect to the internet with my computer again as I have no protection at all at the moment.
