Scanning Unexpectedly

I have the same problem on two computers: Bitdefender starts a system scan when not scheduled. There is a schedule set, and the scan is performed when it's supposed to, however, it scans at random times unexpectedly. I have removed the check mark from scan when idle.

    If you are absolutely positive that you unchecked the scan when idle option ;) then try a repair of BD.


    Are these new installations of BD? Which product - Antivirus Pro, Internet Security or Total Security. What OS are you running on the 2 PCs? 32-bit or 64-bit? Are there any other security programs installed?
