Error 1935 At Reinstalling Bd Internet Security 2009

Hello

I have just uninstall BD Internet Security 2009 because he gave me some errors and now I can't reinstall it. I downloaded the unintsall program from BD site and I run it. When I want to reinstall the BD program I'm still getting this error msg:

Error 1935. An error occured during the installation of assembly component {63E949F6-03BC-5C40-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}. HRESULT:

0x800736FD

I have an Windows Vista with all updates, .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and I updated today to 4.0 Extended.

The MSI84cda.LOG contain this:

"Error 1935. An error occured during the installation of assembly component {63E949F6-03BC-5C40-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}. HRESULT:

0x800736FD. Assambling interface: IAssemblyCacheItem, function: Commit, assembly name: policy.8.0.Microsoft.VC80.CRT,processorArchitecture="x86",type="win32-policy",version="8.0.50727.762",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b"

Please help. Reinstall Windows is not an option.
