[duplicate]Settings/rules Backup And Restore Possible?

Hi

I am using BD IS 2011. I've added many program rules to firewall and as well to the intrusion detection. I"m now going to re-install my os and format my drive. is there a way to back up the entire Ditdefender settings so i can have them restored after i re-install BD? Where are all the configuration files (and virus signature updates) located in Windows XP and in Windows 7 32bit?
