Where Is The File Vault?

BitDefender Internet Security 2011 doesn't have the File Vault feature any more. We received an email from you about this (Ticket ID: 201102171008158) and you will receive a reply in about 10 minutes from Customer Care Department.

I have indeed received the email from Customer Care Department 2 days ago. And I was told to reply to them via that email. I did it and 2 days later now I still do not get a response.
Honestly, I have been using Bitdefender for 2+ years, and this always happens, whenever I sent in an email support, my email either gets ignored or when they finally reply, they do not follow up. I got so fed up that I started to email my local distributor up, they helped me out with some issues when I was using BitDefender 2009, by the time I purchased 2010 they do not reply to emails as with the international customer care.
I am virtually support-less when it comes to BitDefender products now. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED given that you guys do a great job with the software, but having terrible customer service. I'm not sure if it's because I am not living in USA or what, but I think this is not acceptable.
Please, I need to get my answers which I asked in that email urgently. Thank you.0 -
